Business Operations Specialist
Boeing is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support the ongoing Boeing F-15 aircraft retrofit project in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Business Operations specialist will be a Boeing International Support Systems (BISS) employee. BISS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Boeing under common control of Boeing. In this role you will assist in the development and integration of the project plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals.
Description
Key Responsibilities
• Perform the (import/temporary import) and export process.
• Submit online shipment information to the customs electronic system.
• Perform the return of temporary imported shipments.
• Obtain Approvals as required from government and private stakeholders.
• Support Customs Inspection.
• Follow up with suppliers/Freight Forwarder for related documents.
• Manage and interface with Freight Forwarders/external brokers.
• Determine the appropriate Harmonized Tariff Code (HTS Codes) for the import prior to export from the origin.
• Estimate the potential duties for each shipment based on the import documentation.
• Get Declaration Form, Invoice and other documents and prepare an import file.
Your profile
You should be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
• Ability to coordinate operations with Saudi government entities i.e (RSAF, CUSTOMS, SAUDI AIRLINES CARGO COMPANY).
• Do you have proven experience in Customs clearance coordination?

Typical Education/Experience:
Required: High school with 6 or more years' related work experience Bachelors degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
Data entry certificate.
(Only university degrees from universities that have been accredited by the Ministry of High Education in Saudi Arabia will be considered as valid).
Customs Management Course (From Chamber of Commerce) or equivalent.

This requisition is for a locally hired, Saudi Arabian national who is a dual Arabic-English speaker. Benefits and pay will be determined at the local level and are not part of the Boeing U.S. based payroll, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and in accordance with applicable KSA law.
