Job Description • Acquire knowledge on client's products and procedures. • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve overseas customer queries. • Electronically process data and respond to customer queries pertaining to banking transactions from client's offices across the globe. Academic Qualifications • Minimum of6 passes at the GCE Ordinary Level Examination including a minimum of a credit pass in English and a pass in Mathematics. • Minimum of 2 passes (Main Subjects) at the GCE Advanced Level Examination. (General English at A/L is not considered as a main subject.), • A Credit pass for General English at GCE (A/L) can be accepted as an alternative pass for not securing a credit pass in English at the GCE O/L. Or • 6 passes at the GCE Ordinary Level Examination including a minimum ofa credit pass in English and a pass in Mathematics with 1 year work experience in any field. Or • 6 passes at the GCE Ordinary Level Examination including a pass in English and Mathematics with a Professional Qualification and/or a Degree in the English medium. The duration of the Professional Qualification should span for a minimum of 1 year. Experience • Experience in customer service in any industry will be an advantage.
