The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to join the Lexus brand. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by executing sales strategies, ensuring that the sales team adheres to the company mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures. They will be responsible for the achievement of the specific portfolio goals by directing sales teams to achieve targets as required by the Branch management.

The key accountabilities of the role will include:
* Supervising the daily performance of the Sales team by following up on new and used vehicle sales achievements and taking part in irregular transactions during peak season to ensure the required sales target is achieved.
* Managing sales teams to achieve pre-determined operational targets by providing and analysing business plans to meet operation targets determined by the centre management.
* Monitoring and evaluate the sales team performance to ensure that the specific portfolios of business performances are met by taking corrective action in conjunction with the centre management, whenever required.
* Coaching sales team members to deliver a consistent standard of Lexus Customer Care, whilst taking actions to develop individuals for future growth within the organisation.
* Responsible for the clear and effective cascade and implementation of Marketing Campaigns and product launch strategies to Sales Team.
* Ensuring business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of Customer data capture and accuracy at all Point of Sales.
* Supervising the sales team activities to ensure that all activities are carried out as per the company's policies and procedures through effective communication and monitoring.
* Initiating dialogue with Sales team and branch management to discuss and address sales target issues, customer complaints and improvement opportunities through regular meetings.
* Meeting with the Sales team to update on product knowledge through regular discussions and sharing information to enhance sales team confidence and performance.
* Addressing customer complaints that require support from the Sales Supervisor and Sales Executive to maintain customer satisfaction and achieving Customer Engagement targets.
* Managing documentation and legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimise legal implications to the business.
* Providing sales performance reports to Dealer Principal by consolidating weekly, monthly and yearly sales performance vs. targets for review and appropriate action of the Branch management.
* Acting as radar for the Marketing department and providing customer and market feedback on products and competitive activity.
* Managing priorities and target achievement by ensuring clear and open lines of communication between Sales and Back Office teams, including Stock Yard and Accountants.
* Continuously monitoring and analyse sales achievements by carrying out branch sales and marketing campaigns, assisting centre Kaizen activities as well as adjustment to business strategies to achieve sales targets.
