The Food & Beverage Division of Ecolab is the leading provider of critical environment sanitation products and systems for the dairy, food and beverage processing, dairy agricultural and pharmaceutical markets. By meeting high standards of sanitation and service, Ecolab has gained an increasing amount of business from major corporate and regional customers throughout the world.
Ecolab now is hiring for a Corporate Account manager whose main responsibilities will be:
o Develop strategic and tactical sales plans for assigned customers to grow sales and ensure a "sole supply" arrangement.
o Develop sales budgets for assigned customers that identify opportunities both within and outside the F&B Division
o Identify key decision makers in assigned customers and cultivate relationships to ensure customer satisfaction to develop customer confidence in ALL Ecolab offerings.
o Develop and implement tools to effectively measure customer satisfaction. Also develop and implement reporting for customers to effectively measure Ecolab's performance.
o Serve as the customer's final "service guarantee" by ensuring that outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner and to the customer's complete satisfaction.
o Coordinate overall Ecolab contact with assigned customers to ensure the appearance of Ecolab as a seamless organization that delivers cross-divisional offerings efficiently and effectively.
o Partner with field organization to deliver the Ecolab brand promise.
o Communicate regularly within Ecolab to ensure all parties clearly understand the strategies necessary to meet assigned customers' current and future needs.
Key Qualifications & Skill:
o You must have a Degree in science (chemistry) or B Tech in Food Technology alternatively diploma/degree in engineering (chemical/mechanical/instrumentation) with a proven sales experience.
o 3-5 years of Key/Corporate Accounts related, successful sales experience is a must.
