Full Time Position based in Dubai – UAE
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Provides first and second tier system support on our HR software.
· Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems/requests.
· Responds to service requests via our Case Mgmt Tool or email, desktop support.
· Documents, tracks, and monitors requests as per our Shared Services Model.
· Deliver system induction training to new employees and managers through webinars.
· Simulates user issues to resolve operating difficulties.
· Should be confident to interact with network services, project managers, or application development resources in resolution of issues.
· Willing to travel occasionally.
· Handles special projects, as assigned.

Education/Experience/Training:
· Bachelor Degree in IT
· 2-3 years related experience.
