About the Job: We are looking to recruit a Parts Sales Executive to joining our Dubai office.   The primary role and responsibility of the selected candidate will include the following * Attend to customers at the Parts Sales Counter and also lead a team of Parts Sales Representatives to provide parts support of the required standard for all the brands represented by the company. * Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using the parts catalogues. * Ensure that all parts sold and issued are in serviceable condition and suitable for their intended use * Follow-up back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date. * Ensure that the quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties and application of customer discounts are performed as per the standard operating procedure.
