Job Description
The Recruiting & Training Supervisor position based in Yanbu and reports to HR & Admin Manager will handle both recruiting and training functions. The main purpose of this role is to ensure providing required qualified manpower and keep qualifying and retaining them by training and developing their promising career bath. In addition to that, other key accountabilities include:
1) Assist in reviewing and finalizing all recruiting policies and procedures and the accordingly formats and tools.
2) Defining Manpower Budget annually then monitoring its implementation.
3) Design and deliver professional multi-level Induction programs for new employees.
4) Initiating HRDF agreement and managing it with best utilization.
5) Applying the approved Saudization percentage and best nationality mix for the business.
6) Building local and international manpower sources network.
7) Providing the right number & quality of people recruited on time as per approved vacancies.
8) Ensuring that new recruits are properly trained.
9) Presenting company in career days and recruiting events.
10) Arrange on boarding of overseas comers and coordinating with concerned departments.
11) Assist in reviewing and finalizing policies and procedures related to training & development and the accordingly formats and tools.
12) Initiating annual training plan and budget based on business needs.
13) Support in identifying training needs and planning Employees' Personal Development Plans by analyzing and identifying employees' knowledge's, skills', attitude's gaps and plan the proper development plan then monitor implementation and career development.
14) Ensure proper outsourcing of key trainings & development according to Business need.
15) Structure and implement succession planning system for key positions.
16) Provide needed assessment tools for hiring and career development processes.
