The client is a recognized international firm of consulting engineers with offices worldwide. They are working on some of the most interesting and exciting bridge design and construction projects in the world. Some of their recent projects include the design of pedestrian and land bridges for the 2012 Olympic in Lea Valley; seven bridges in Orange County, California and a number of highway bridges in Kuwait.
They are known for their innovation and expertise in design and construction technology for light weight bridges. They work very closely with many architects both in developing master plans, conceptual design of bridges and in delivering detail design of bridges. They enjoy excellent relationships with architects and take part in many design competitions.
This position is for a site based Senior Bridge Engineer to manage the construction of bridges on a very large civil engineering project on the Kuwaiti coastline. The position will be required on site for 12 months.
