MRINetwork Kuwait is currently for a Business Development Consultant for our office who understands the MENA market
You will be responsible for the developing revenue streams in MENA by managing the entire sales/demand generation process with established Blue Chip clients, using your own client network across the region and building out a new pipeline across the region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Recruitment Sales Consultant, or Business Development Exceuitve based in Kuwait, who is aspiring to move into a hands on management role.
Role and Responsibilities:
Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets (multiple industries available).
Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.
Maximise your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.
Network with candidates directly via various channels (database, social media, headhunting, referrals, jobsites etc).
Negotiating and finalising arrangements between client and MRINetwork
