Client Services Manager, AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 per month, Dubai, UAE - Apple Search & Selection May 22nd 2013, 04:25 Our Client is a Financial organisation, operating in the commercial and consumer markets. They are currently looking for a Client Services Manager, who will be responsible for coordinating and obtaining all necessary documentation required for loan sanctioning, booking, disbursement and ongoing customer requirements. You will be assisting the Sales Team with developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients. You will also be managing a team of Client Service Officers and Client Service Assistants across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. Some responsibilities will include; •Co-ordination with the Sales Team to ensure all documentation is obtained from clients to comply with loan sanctioning, booking and disbursement procedures •Ensure that documentation is up to date •Ensure legal & Security documentation is completed for all commercial transactions •All files to be completed to the required standard set by compliance & credit •Ensure that new customers and products are set up on relevant systems. •Develop and maintain own contacts with individuals within customers' organisation •Act as principal point of contact for clients in sales team absence •Monitor level of customer service and satisfaction based on customer service standards. •Prepare information for and attend customer meetings •Undertake service reviews and make recommendations to Sales Team for areas of improvement •Provide day to day service provision for new customers •Work with Credit Managers and Credit Associates to manage the evaluation and execution of transactions •Ongoing customer contact and management As the ideal candidate, you must be able to work in a dynamic working environment, have good knowledge of products and services frequently used by commercial customers, loan sanctioning, booking, disbursement procedures and Key documentation requirements.
