Working as Construction Manager you will be assisting the Chief Construction Manager and client Project Managers on all matters from ground-up to completion on a large master planned community during the Infrastructure phase.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Delivering major infrastructure and utility projects on time and within budget.
• Knowledge and ability in providing improved infrastructure and utility solutions to clients, consultants and contractors on any potential technical issues that may influence the construction process.
• Monitoring and managing the various contractor's manpower, equipment and materials in order to minimize any impact on the project completion or quality.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in being able to implement and manage Quality Control Plans.
• Reviewing work progress reports from various consultants for accuracy and provide input to the client.
• Observing site safety procedures and advising corrective action in accordance with Firm and industry standards
• Excellent English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
