General Field Specialist, Directional Driller - Baker Hughes May 14th 2013, 01:00 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES · The Ability to perform and execute challenging directional jobs with minimal guidance. · Submit report on a timely manner. · Train and develop junior directional drillers. · Active role in HS&E. · Successfully complete additional advanced technical training and assigned well site development programs. · liaise with customer representative to ensure smooth flawless operation. · Maintain customer relationship. · Maintain positive attitude and a high degree of self-discipline and motivationExecute other related duties as assigned.
