خبرة (15) سنة في المجال الهندسي أو التفتيش على الأعمال منها (8) سنوات بمشاريع كبرى في مجال تنفيذ الجسور. يمتلك خبرات بأعمال التجديد/الترميم الرئيسية التي تضمن إكتمال الأعمال وفقاً للمعايير والإشتراطات. ويمتلك خبرات في مجال تحديد الجسور الواجبة الإصلاح أو الإستبدال وفقاً لتقارير الفحص ونقص الكفاءة للجسور. ويمتلك خبرات في القيام بأعمال التفتيش وفحص الجسور بالموقع تشمل إدخال المعلومات إلى نظام تصنيف الجسور لتحديد الجسور المطلوب صيانتها. ويمتلك القدرة على قراءة المخططات والرسومات الهندسية لتحديد المواصفات الفنية الواجب الإمتثال إليها. ويمتلك القدرة على فحص الجسور وملاحظة مظاهر التدهور والتآكل من خلال فحص الحالة المادية لمكونات سطح الجسر والهيكل الخارجي والبنية التحتية بالإضافة إلى تقييم حالة مجرى الجسر وحماية المجرى والبلاطات الخرسانية; وتحديد تصنيف حالة الجسر وإكمال أعمال التفتيش. ويمتلك القدرة على إنشاء وحفظ السجلات التي تحتوي على المعلومات والمستندات والتقارير المتعلقة بحالة الجسور الواجبة الإصلاح أو الإستبدال، بالإضافة إلى إدراج الصور الفوتوغرافية ضمن المستندات المحفوظة والتي توضح الهيكل السفلي للمناطق المتآكلة من الجسور على امتداد الطريق لتكون بمثابة الحفظ المرئي لحالة الجسور.

Experienced in determining which bridges should be repaired or replaced according to inspection and deficiency reports. Experienced in conducting on-site Bridge inspections including putting in information on bridge grading systems to identify which bridges need maintenance. Capable of reading plans and blueprints in order to determine specifications that must be complied with. Capable to Inspects bridges for signs of distress by checking physical condition of the deck, outer structure, and substructure components and the condition evaluation of channel and channel protection and culverts; assigns condition ratings and completes inspection. Able to Keeps records on deficiencies of bridges, documents and reports deficiencies for repair or replacement needs. Documents by photos, the underside structure of worn areas of bridges and along the roadways for visual record
