Department Description: This role forms part of the Motorola Solutions Saudi Arabia office support team. The team is critical to the running of the office by working closely with the branch manager and support functions.
Responsibilities/Expectations: Assist and take direction from the PRO in day to day activities including:
Organising and coordinating company documents
Assist in visas and iqama processing
Tracking deadlines and expiration dates of legally requirement documents - company and employee
Following up with local government, ministry and banking institutions
Coordinating employee related documents such as telephone bills and invoices
Knowledge Skills: Experience in working in an office environment
Experience in working with the Ministry
Strong organisational skills
Very reliable and committed to learning
