To contribute as a member of the sales team of Commercial to the development and implementation of the overall strategy and operating plans for Commercial with particular emphasis on profitable growth of company sales revenues (achieving revenue targets of approx. $75 M for 2013).
To drive sustainable sales revenue through developing and implementing cost-effective sales strategies and plans to retain existing clients, while securing additional channels to market and establish appropriate strategies for new business.
To increase brand awareness and reputation of company within its market through working with Marketing to design, develop, implement and monitor targeted marketing strategies/campaigns/publications.

To better understand the needs of customers by proactively developing key relationships using data gathered to inform/support changes in the design and delivery of products/services to meet customer expectations in different market segments/increase attractiveness/drive customer satisfaction and increased sales.
To proactively pursue and secure opportunities for charter flights to increase profitable usage without affecting fractional/lease flight schedules and co-ordinating with NasJet Operations to plan and resources flights in the most cost-effective manner.
To proactively seek, recommend and support cost-effective initiatives and changes to improve systems and approaches to meet needs/expectations and enhance customer perceptions of company.
To support the reputation and customer experience of company by making suggestions on training for in-flight and ground crew employees based on customer feedback data.
