Sales Supervisor May 13th 2013, 07:42 Job Profile • Take the lead on initiating sales activities and managing associates • Develop an ongoing relationship with existing and new clients • Set and accomplish individual and team sales goals • Responsible for achieving sales target for assigned customers • Handles walk-in and outdoor customers and focuses on methods to increase the sales revenue. • Maintain display & visibility of company products • Prospect new potential customer(s) through cold calls, visits, business directories, internet etc. • Maintain relationships with existing customer through regular customer visit as per routing plan, order procurement and customer service. • Respond to and follow up sales inquiries and payments • Responsible for showroom stock, dead stock and inventory control. • Plays an active role in promotions, merchandising and visual layout of the showroom. • Creates weekly sales reports for the management and sales target plans for the upcoming weeks. • Experience in point of sale systems • Reporting to the sales manager on a regular basis.
