Our Client is a financial organisation, operating in the commercial and consumer markets.
They are currently looking for a Senior Associate, to grow the client portfolio, ensuring a sustainable income stream for the Commercial Finance Team. Ensure strong Risk Management is exercised within our client's policies and procedures. As the Senior Associate you will be reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance.
Some responsibilities will include;
•Provide proactive relationship management to a portfolio of customers in chosen market to increase depth of relationship, build customer advocacy and provide solutions to meet customer needs.
•Understand key business drivers in order to lead and accelerate revenue growth, business profitability and product penetration.
•Actively seek and attract new customers to the division via prospecting, networking and leveraging referrals from existing customers, as well as internal and external networks.
•Formulate, propose, gain agreement to and implement annual business plans to deliver target income.
•Possess a thorough understanding of the principals of business lending.
•Implemented specific local competitive and aggressive sales/income campaigns and initiatives geared to achieving growth in interest and non-interest income and increased market share penetration, and associated targets.
•Acquire consistent client knowledge, ensuring that they are an acceptable credit risk and work in accordance with the Business Credit Policy. Ensure credit quality is maintained and arrears are managed in accordance with policy.
