Tellers required for a Multinational Company in UAE, to support and assist the operations team to achieve operations objective and effectively carry out assigned responsibilities.
General Responsibilities Include:
(a) Receive cash / cheques from customers
(b) Count and check all cash received to identify any counterfeit bills. Any and all identified counterfeit bills shall be returned immediately to the customer
(c) After authentication of cash, issue a time stamped payment receipts to customer (system generated);
(d) Endeavor to answer Customer queries relating to Receipts;
(e) At the end of every Business Day, reconcile the actual payments received with the daily total collection report;
(f) Insert any and all Valuables in Containers and ensure that the Containers are sealed and ready for collection by the Company.
(g) Remain on site until the Company's Vehicle arrive to collect the containers
(h) Comply with Customers policies and procedures if and when shared;
(i) Comply with Customers information technology security policy if and when shared;
(j) Greet Customers while receiving the same at the counters; and
(k) Comply with Customer work hours of: contractual hours per day, six (06) days per week).
