About the role ::

As a Customer Services Supervisor you will provide a 5-star service to all Doha International Airport Customers professionally and promptly. You will ensures that all Quality Standards including SLAs and KPIs are achieved and exceeded. You will offer the highest level of Service Delivery to all Passengers utilizing the Airport and Provide  inspirational proactive leadership to the Customer service team. The customer Services Supervisor will Supervises all Front line Customer Service staff to encourage and implement laid down Standard Operating Procedures, Gathers comprehensive customer service feedback data and presents to Manager Quality Assurance and Customer Service in a timely fashion. Generates superior service at all times through the continuous training and development of the Customer Service Team.

You will be responsible to pay particular attention to the customer needs, returns, concerns and ensures that they are all provided with necessary assistance.You will Maintains good contact with maintenance services team for any defects that appear and will provides clear and constant feedback to the Duty Managers in the event of any opportunities or concerns. You will Manages any employee related problems on a shift basis and Maintains a concise, clear and legible shift report to be transmitted to the DM at shift end. You will maintains a high level of awareness of any customer issues that may arise regarding prices, out of stocks, or staff complaints and brings to the attention of the Duty Managers. You will supervises the Customer Service Agents to ensure they continuously provide 5 star services to all the passengers.You will guide and direct the Customer Service Agents and help assess their skills and monitor their performance reporting back to the Assistant Operations Manager.

About You ::

You will need to be a minimum of high school qualified with a minimum 5 years of job-related experience dealing with customer opportunities & communicating through telephone & emails. You are required to have in-depth knowledge of operational working practices and the day to day running of a retail company. Strong level of communication in English, written and verbal is a must.
