As part its succession planning, OiLibya group, one of the key players in the Oil distribution industry in Africa with around twenty subsidiaries; envisages recruiting a broad range of candidates, from young high-potential graduates trained in reputable universities or schools with some years of experience in a well structured environment up to level of middle management, to highly qualified and experienced staff.

Pre-requisites
The prerequisites are as follows:
- Place of hiring: Tripoli, Libya (candidates should be Libyan citizens)
- The application must include the following documents, in English:
• Letter of motivation (the reference of the offer should be at the top, left hand)
• Curriculum vitae (CV) indicating dates worked, employer and positions held and responsibilities, and providing the name of (a) contact person(s), maximum two pages.
• Reference letter (at least one) from an employer or professor from the candidate's alma mater.
• Graduation certificate (to be translated into English, whenever necessary)
• Work certificate(s)
• Copy of passport
It is worth mentioning that any application which doesn't meet the above criteria, along with providing the requisite documents in the required form will not be considered.


Validity of the offer
Applicants are requested to submit their files no later than 31st March 2013. Any application submitted beyond this date will not be considered.

How to submit the applications
Applications should be submitted through OiLibya website www.oilibya.com by selecting "Join us", by batch of two documents at a time. To this effect, the letter of motivation and the CV will be submitted in the first batch, then in the second batch, the reference letter and the graduation certificate, the work certificate(s) will be submitted in the third batch, and the passport copy in a last batch. Attachments should be in PDF format, and each one should not exceed 2 MB.

Recruiting process/Employment relationship
• A pre-selection of candidates will be decided based solely on the documents provided.
• Pre-selected candidates will be contacted for interviews that will take place in Tripoli and Benghazi. Candidates will be required to show originals of the documentation submitted at the interviews.
• Unsuccessful candidates will be informed by e-mail only at the end of the process. Their applications and documentation will be kept for possible future recruitment. No documents will be returned to applicants.
• Candidates shall not attempt to contact any of the offices of LOHL, as no deviation will be permitted from the process explained above
• Type of contract: local/fixed term of three years may be extendable at the sole option of the employer.
• Probation period: as per the provisions of law prevailing in Libya

NB: Candidates to whom an employment contract will be offered will have to sign that they understand the nature/length/place of hiring, and that they agree with the said terms and conditions beforehand

Compensation
Attractive package will be offered to the candidates who will be recruited at the end of the above process.

NB: availability of the candidate within a reasonable period of time upon final selection (no more than 2 months)
