Provides professional support and advice on recruitment to line and department managers
• Advises managers on best practice recruitment and selection strategies
• Writes job advertisements
• Designs or revises application forms as necessary
• Prepares recruitment policies, procedures and processes
• Screens application forms and shortlists applicants for Senior Levels
• Develops local relationships and coordinates with local and regional search partners
• Coordinates with local/ overseas recruitment agents to arrange advertisements and interviews
• Devises, runs and evaluates the applicants through selection processes including interviews, , personality questionnaires and various group activities
• Interviews candidates for vacant positions
• Develops and implements new employee orientation programs
• Develops and implements plans to ensure hiring needs are met.
