After receiving a big investment from a leading fund, Foodonclick.com is getting ready to grow its presence in the region. Currently we are looking for a sociable, enthusiastic customer care agent. The primary responsibilities include:
• Adding new menus to our website in both English and Arabic
• Translating English menus into Arabic if the restaurant does not have an Arabic menu
• Updating menus and prices whenever our restaurant partners request a change
• Monitoring the number of restaurants closed each week and working to bring them back online quickly
We are a small team headquartered in Dubai. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a passionate, entrepreneurial team, and taking on responsibility outside of their normal work duties.
