For this site based role, experience in Post Contract MEP Quantity Surveying in essential however all candidates will be required to demonstrate a knowledge of all aspects of a pre and post contract Quantity Surveying history in the region.
A Proven track record of a minimum of 5 years' post graduate experience on projects throughout the GCC region the successful candidate must be well presented with good internal management and client facing communication skills.
As lead on site QS, the candidate will work closely with the CM to ensure a professional delivery of all commercial aspects of the project on site. The successful candidate will be confident in the delivery of the following tasks but will also be willing and able to adapt their experience and knowledge to ensure the successful outcome of the project to completion:
• Responsibility for the planning and implementation of the Project Cost Control
• Management of the Preparation of Claims and all Supporting Documentation
• Management of the Preparation and delivery of Cost Reports
• Management of the Preparation, Agreement and Submission of Valuations
• Management of the Preparation, Negotiation and Submission of Final Accounts
• Management of Sub-Contractors and Suppliers Applications for Payment
• Advising Company Senior Management of Project Cash Flow
• Supervision of on-site QS Team
