Finance Manager Jul 21st 2013, 04:37 Responsibilities: • Ensuring the complete preparation of any account transaction accurately with sufficient & complete supporting documents as well as the assignment of all entries to proper accounts. • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearend financial reports. • Reviewing monthly payroll and settlement of any other personnel benefits. • Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. • Controlling account/bank reconciliations. • Conducting any physical inventory as deemed required for the operation as well as at the end of each year. • Coordinating with external audit firm and providing all assistance needed during the audit process. • Recommending and ensuring proper process of incorporating any approved account adjustment or provision. • Resolving accounting discrepancies and irregularities. • Establishing and monitoring the implementation of approved accounting control procedures in full compliance with general approved account principles. • Directing all accountants in their daily work activities. • Assisting top management in securing sufficient bank facilities • Maintaining credibility at high standards with any bank and any external Party. • Assisting top management in the development, implementation, and modifications of effective internal credit policy. • Assisting top management in the preparation of yearly financial budget plan. • Preparing monthly cash flow budget and periodical financial management reports. • Monitoring budgeted versus actual financial returns and obligations and reporting any deviation. • Developing and maintaining an effective financial data base in coordination with the information management control unit. • Providing to the top management recommendations and solutions to business financial issues and problems. • Assisting the top management in implementing efficient cost control system over all main business activities . • Participating in costing & pricing strategies & activities.
