FOREIGN MILITARY SALES SPECIALIST - RSADF Jul 30th 2013, 07:18 The primary function of the FMS Specialist is to help evaluate FMS cases and other contracts that impact on the KSA PATRIOT program and advise the Projects Directorate of potential areas of risk and alternative courses of action. The Specialist assists the PATRIOT Project Officer in the day to day management of the KSA PATRIOT program by monitoring and analyzing all activities, regulations, policies and procedures related to the FMS case and the procurement of the PATRIOT System. Duties include the review and analysis of all contractual information in order to provide advice on a variety of subjects and to help ensure the goals and objectives of the Royal Saudi Air Defense Force are achieved.
