JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the maintenance of instrumentation controls, In-house calibration of Instruments, filling Lines problem diagnosis related to instruments and provides maintenance support in the production (i.e. Blanding, Grease plant etc.).
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring and repairing control:
Check all the process control when the problem occurred.
Analyze to see if any machine needs to be repaired, and replaced.
Ensure all the machines are working smoothly and properly.
Remedy or modify the equipment's if possible.
Repair Trouble Shooting:
Differentiate the problems between (electrical, mechanical, and instrument problem) and fix the reported trouble shoot.
Record tracking:
Record the yearly schedule to track the pressure Gauges.
Record the file for each gauge in order to do the calibration for each schedule.
Ensure the reading of temperature and pressure realizable and are up to standard.
Maintain Team Support:
Support the electrical and mechanical technicians in the maintenance of the machines.
Production Team Support:
Changeover and Adjust the machine to meet the product requirement.
MENTAL DEMANDS
The most important part of the job is to ensure all the control runs without interruption.
The most Difficult/Complex Part of Job is the limitation of software background for the machines.
Creativity is required in the job is to improve the machine condition in order to achieve the work effectively.
