Provide, in coordination with the Logistics Manager, needed support and advice to internal customerswithin area of expertise to ensure attainment and maintenance of set Logistics practices standardsEnsure efficient service to the business by setting work objectives and schedules for specific Logisticsoperations and/or processesIdentify procedures and reports, related to the assigned area of charge, suggesting improvements inorder to support the ongoing development of Logistics standardsEnsure Logistics policies and procedures are in adherence to identified legal requirements/regulationsFollow up, internally, with the local Logistics teams on internal shipments and, externally, withforwarders, clearing agents, insurance brokers and suppliers on all issues related to delay of externalshipments'Compare costs of forward companies in local markets and recommend best deal in alignment with thegroup's corporate strategyReport non-compliance issues to the Management ensuring timely resolution while maintaining highquality service levelAssist (when applicable) in warehouse operations related to bar-coding, damaged items and spacemanagement.Prepare exports documents for trans-shipment (when applicable):
