A solid experience of 3-5 years of talent management, training and development. With the ability to understand and articulate the strategic value of integrated talent management processes with a strong business acumen. Practical IT skills, including a good working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, enterprise software and other talent management technologies. Strong writing skills with the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries. Effective verbal communication including ability to relate well with others and ability to adapt style as needed. Ability to work independently and with the team, and to manage own time and to think creatively and take initiative to drive projects.
