The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
•Conduct regular meetings with the sales staff to motivate team to increase sales, maintain enthusiasm, ensure a positive attitude, and to review key performance indicators
•Expand the number of new clients in Western Region
•Meet profit target and ensure a sustainable growth
•Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality services required by customers are delivered
•Develop sales team by using leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniques
•Assist staff regarding customer issues and provide follow-up assistance by coaching and counseling staff in handling of potential and/or difficult situations that occur
•Communicates information to staff regarding updated/existing policies and customer service issues
•Build and maintain long and good relationship with customers, especially with VIP customers, by ensuring that customer satisfaction is provided at all times
•To ensure that all required documentation is completed, authorized, signed and forwarded to other departments accordingly to company policy
