Manpower Planning & Projects Specialist (Qataris are Preferred) - Supreme Council of Health (SCH) Jul 2nd 2013, 03:49 Position Summary: Job Holder conducts Planning of SCH Manpower through coordinating with departments & sections to identify, collect & analyzing their need from workforce, grouping them in a plan and forecasting its budget . He will also Plan, coordinate, follow up, audit & execute all related HR Projects. Tasks & Duties: I- Manpower Planning • Coordinates and meets department head to gather information about their recruitments need that will help in achieving the department goals. • Collects and verifies the manpower data, complies and highlights significant observations, if any, in order to be used as source information for monthly, quarterly and annual reports/analysis. • Analyzes all manpower requisitions to ensure that they meet the approved budgets in line with business strategy of the SCH. • Maintains and update SCH organization Chart. • Provides statistical analysis and manpower forecast for management to monitor organization planning needs. • Ensurse the use of modern developed manpower forecast tools, and gives help and advice to line managers for determining the right number of workforce. • Conduct awareness sessions as necessary to department managers and section heads on relevant workforce planning topics. II- Project Coordination; he/she will do the following: • Plan, schedule and coordinate project timelines and scope of work using appropriate Project Planning tools. • Execute and track project goals and deliverables achieved by the project team members. • Develop manpower plan and budget for each project as per need. • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Provide the Manpower Planning & Projects Section Head with the necessary information and reports for HR projects.
