Position Summary:
While keeping an eye on the Internal (Strength & areas for Improvement) and external (Threats & opportunities ) factors, the Institutional Performance Evaluation Specialist will identify, design, and
implement performance monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems for Supreme Council Of Health, PM (performance management) system implementation based on knowledge and best practices of performance monitoring, evaluation techniques, methodologies and the cultural, social, economic, and political aspects of development within SCH
Tasks & Duties:
• Works with Performance Management Section head to conduct Institutional current performance assessments by using tools, such as comprehensive questionnaires, SWOT analyses.
• Supports and help as required the department managers and section heads to establish objectives (MBO) and key performance indicators for all departments of SCH
• Development and implementation of results-based performance measurement, monitoring and evaluation in SCH.
• Works with Performance Management Section to conduct detailed planning for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on the performance of departments in SCH.
• Implements performance management tools such as performance models, performance diagnostics,
• Helps SCH and its departments to use and/or analyze performance management data,
• Usage of Balance Score cards to set KPI's and measures the departments performance.
• Training SCH managers, section heads and supervisors on implementation of performance monitoring/evaluation, and monitoring, systems.
• Appraises the constraints to and identifies solutions for performance management SCH wide.
• Participates and Follow ups the overall implementation of institutional performance management complete cycle.
• Actively conducts researching developments of new techniques and approaches in performance monitoring.
• Supports timely dissemination of monitoring and evaluation findings to concerned managers.
• Collaboration and coordination with the different departments, and other organizations involved in the field on upgrading and improving performance measurement and monitoring practices;
