Senior Auditor Jul 15th 2013, 07:40 • Write high quality observations and audit reports (with input from the audit team). • Experience in banking is an advantage. • Support management in identifying resolutions for control issues identified. • Manage audit teams, working to ensure that audits progress as planned, as regards scope, budget and timetable. • Build relationships with auditors (internal and joint) and business management on each audit and develop ongoing relationships with key stakeholders in aligned business area. • Continue to update awareness of risk issues and changes across relevant business units and use this knowledge to amend audit approach where necessary. • Understand the control, regulatory and risk issues. • Display familiarity and knowledge of financial instruments. • Demonstrate a good understanding of the financial services industry and its key drivers. • Familiarity with IFRS. • Understand relevant regulatory environment.
