1. Answer phones in a professional manner
2. Respond to customer inquiries
3. Follow-up sales opportunities
4. Find the required information using the resources available
5. Address and resolve customer complaints
6. Provide information about the products and services to customers
7. Identify and escalate the priority issues
8. Archiving all calls within the system and making reports
9. The ability to achieve top performance of most of the work in one timing without confusion
10. Making sure of the arrival of the goods to customers on demand and according to required quality standards.
11. Follow-up the delivery process and make sure they leave the warehouse and access to the client without any problems.
12. Work on receipt of complaints and suggestions from customers to the concerned authorities.
