- To act as a Checker on all stationery requests processed within the Stationery new system and rectify all discrepancies if any within the same day.
- To maintain proper stationery records that should always provide an accurate balance
when tallied with the stationery physical inventory.
- To observe and follows all stationery procedures incorporated in the Admin GIBMAN.
- To handle all the Bank's Stationery need by:
a) Regular reviewing of the stationery records to ensure the adequate supplies are always available.
b) Meeting the Bank's overall stationery requests in accordance with the procedures Incorporated in the GIBMAN.
c) Initiates necessary stationery replenishment orders.
- To give clerical assistance to other clerical staff when needed and accept any task as vested by the Line Manager.
- To provide full assistance to the Internal Audit represntative while carrying out the auditing spot checks.
- To be responsible for preparing / checking all payments requests for items ordered by his / her Area.
- To maintain proper control on cheque books and to ensure that all cheque books issued are properly recorded.
- To maintain proper control on Bank's Local Purchase Orders.
- To be responsible for recording all movements concerning Stationery, Giveaways and Maintenance items.
- To handle the process of conducting stock taking of all stationery and maintenance items twice a year and to report the differences if any with proper justifications.
-To coordinate with Maintenance on monthly basis for up-dating maintenance consumption items.
-To be responsible for preparing / checking all payments requests for items ordered by his Section including payments to Bank's travel agents.
-To conduct market survey of stationery and kitchen items prices at least twice a year.
-To be responsible for updating the Bank's Internal Telephone Directory on the Bank's Intranet in coordination with IT Communications.
-To put forward suggestions and recommendations that aim at improving efficiency and productivity of the area under responsibility.
