Job Purpose: The Expressways Projects are a programme of 28 highway projects within Qatar that have been divided into 9 Groups. Halcrow is tendering for the design (from Preliminary) and construction supervision of a number of the Groups. The projects are typically urban or sub-urban and so are complex in nature and will require interface management with stakeholders and adjacent projects. The Groups are typically QR5Bn construction cost. This requisition form is for the role of Document Controller. The Document Controller is required to manage and implement the systems for the administration and control of documents that are received, created or issued as part of the project. Job Responsibilities/Accountability: • The document controller reports to the Senior Documents Controller and the Projects Controls Manager, and is responsible for the effective coordination and cooperation with the document control team. • Prepare process and status reports, assigns and monitors document numbers. • Assist the quality controls and project controls teams with the establishment of quality procedures and with the audits.
