M.I. Data Analyst - Hewlett-Packard Aug 25th 2013, 06:40 Reports to: Change & Improvement Manager Purpose: The role of the Management Information Data Analyst will be to design and develop timely, accurate and appropriate Management Information for distribution to internal and external stakeholders in co-operation with the rest of the Inside Sales Reporting Team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the preparation, cleansing, conversion and/or population of data into relevant systems to deliver operationally viable data. • Conduct business impact analysis on the deployed data. • Pro-actively seek to improve MI procedures using Business impact analysis. • Develop MI & reports, in a user friendly format, that supports business operations. • Monitor MI production and highlight / escalate any issues to manage them through the appropriate escalation channels. • Communicate complex analysis methodology to technical and non technical audiences. • Ensure the quality of reports is excellent and that they are reliable and can be produced consistently.
