Production Manager Aug 24th 2013, 05:14 -Execute production according to the submitted production plans. -Co-ordinate with project department to produce according to the project plan and priorities. -Issue production performance reports by setting the standards according to the organization goals. -Coming up with better and quality designs with the designs which are already provided with. -Must be an expert in all the phases of production process. -Must be an expert in the color mixing technique which will be used for printing. -Good knowledge of screen printing, Tile glazing, Tile cooking, Hand painting & Tile cutting techniques. -Knowledge of machines required to communicate between manufactures & suppliers to ensure high work efficiency. -Examining machines and diagnosing problems and locating failures. -Communicate with operators to increase machine reliability and efficiency in production. -Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans and integrate them in the production plan to decrease and reduce breakdowns.
