Job Summary:
Provides high level onsite and remote IT technical liaison, support and network administration to the customers, with responsibility for the full lifecycle of incidents and problems. The position will require close working with all teams in all levels of Technical Support and Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain various software.
• Act in a very responsive and prompt manner to customers urgent requests.
• Receive & log internal/external support calls into the system and perform cause.
• Analyze and determine severity of the call.
• Handle customer feedbacks & complaints.
• Review and ensure accuracy of technical documentations.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work.
