An Administration Executive reports to the Administration Manager and is responsible for implementing some or all operational activities and support services within an office, depending on the size of the operation. Administrative activities include recordkeeping, mail distribution, telephone services, facilities management, maintenance and custodial services, transportation and accommodations arrangements and bookings, government services (including visit and residency visas), office transfers, office, corporate and network meetings, etc.
Experience and Skills Required:
An Administration Executive should have at least 1 year of experience in office administration in the field of public relations. He/she should have strong clerical skills, be fluent and literate in English and/or Arabic and computer literate. An Administration Executive should be efficient and detail-oriented and should possess good communications skills to interact with company staff and senior management as well as suppliers and government offices.
Human Resources Executive
A Human Executive Officer reports to the HR Manager if that position exists within an office or the Managing Director/Partner or Deputy Managing Director. He/she is responsible to implement the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company. A Human Resources Executive is responsible to support the recruiting and staffing process, employee induction, development and needs assessment, employee relations, internal communications, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
A Human Resources Executive coordinates the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs and assists and advises company managers about HR issues. A Human Resources Executive supports and implements the company's programs aimed at ensuring the health and safety of the workforce and professional development.
Experience and Skills Required:
A Human Executive should have at least 3 years of work experience in HR or a related discipline (e.g. counseling). He/she should also understand the Company corporate culture and its current limitations and potentials for change. He/she should be able to determine HR deficiencies and gaps that need to be filled. A HR executive should be literate and fluent in English or Arabic, and computer literate.
