A Client Servicing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to day operations of an account from start to finish. This means that the account manager is the interface with the client and carries out all routine communications with the client in accordance with the company systems and procedures. An account manager must have strong writing and communications skills, must be able to draft work plans, press releases, project proposals and is responsible to ensure that all client servicing is carried out according to company's standards, practices and ethics.
