Fantastic Opportunity arisen withing world leading imaging company who are looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager for their Graphic Arts division in Dubai. The Candidate will be responsible for my client's in country Distribution Partners as well as attending End Users, particularly within the Publishing, Commercial Printing, Creative Design, Print for pay vertical markets. The successful candidate will identify, map and determine weightage of End User Graphic Arts segment. You will establish End User contacts and business relationships with the right representatives of the large comnpanies and Government Organisations as well as identify opportunities. This will be achieved through Area strategy, product planning and market analysis. You will be able to liaise with Area Managers / Product Managers to proceed with Product Launching, implement product strategy. Main accountabilities will include:
Leading effective Marketing activities (product and sales training, seminars, PR activities and analyze current partner situation and formulate a strategy for business.
Analyse market conditions in the Graphic Art segment and use the analysis as the basis to formulate local account strategy with the Marketing Manager.
Monitor and review Partners' monthly sales performance for total and individual performance.
Negotiate with partners based on the proper market information and competitor's information to maximise my client's activities.
Support smooth communication and workflow between local distributor and Area Manager such as providing inputs during reviews with the distributor.
