The Role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Reception Host who will provide a high level of customer service by being the initial point of contact to the service department customer and compile the customers information as per department SOP then guide them to the relevant service advisor.
Based in Dubai, the main job responsibilities will include:
* Meet and greet all customers in a professional and efficient manner
* Attend to customers enquiries and provide accurate information regarding vehicle status, products and services.
* Co-ordinate with the site drivers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
* Ensure that all after sales products are introduced to the customer along with their benefits.
* Provide excellent customer service as per company policies and procedures.
* Update SAP on vehicle status and customer information
* Communicate and co-ordinate with inter departmental personnel.
