Project Manager - Design *UAE NATIONALS* - Executive Solutions Sep 25th 2013, 05:37 Monitor and manage overall project design implementation and delivery plans in line with the management directions, along with the coordination to all design and management issues with other project interface. Manage the design process, owner of the (urban planning, architecture and interiors). General Administration: • Review correspondence related design knowledge related to the built environment (urban planning) (architecture and interiors) (engineering) submitted by service providers or allocated part by Senior Project Manager/Construction Manager • To communicate authority, responsibilities, reporting procedures and objectives clearly to supervisory staff, ensuring the most effective use of personnel at all levels • To hold regular meetings to establish and review work progress • To perform any related duties as directed by the Senior Project Manager • Review and evaluate submissions by Service Providers • Follow approved processes and constantly look to improve such processes • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work Project Planning • Prepare and consolidate project scope and project requirements as per end user requirements and stake holders input. • Prepare and consolidate all requirements in progress reports and update Strategic program (MDS) and update the Strategic Program as per Real Estate Delivery Model. • To produce, monitor, report, and update detailed program e to achieve project objectives, highlighting critical path. • Conclude monthly Project progress report related to project or allocated part by Senior Project Manager • Participate in production of program used to determine the best and most economical method of design • Review and verify recovery program if and when required.
