Supermarket Shop Manager Sep 11th 2013, 05:13 The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of the retail FMCG industry in Saudi Arabia and will have at least 5 years experience in Managing a large Supermarket. This candidate will be held responsible and accountable for the Budgeted Bottom-line for his Store. The following K.P.I.'s would be essential for this position: •Fluent in both English & Arabic. •Understands Customer Relationship Management •Able to implement & monitor Hygiene and Food Safety requirements. •Expert in Merchandising and Store presentation. •Skilled leader and decision maker. •Problem solver •Must be able to operate under pressure •Must be able achieve deadlines •Must have experience in ordering systems & inventory control. •M.S Office literacy essential •Would need to enforce discipline and reward good performance •Understand the importance of giving instructions and follow up. •Maintain Company policies and procedure.
