About the Job:
We are currently looking for a Accounts Executive to join our Finance team in Amman, Jordan. In this role you will be responsible for:
* Verifying of store Petty cash reimbursement vouchers for all M&S stores including Regional office and certifying the same inline with DOA and SOP
* Analyzing logistics expenses account and maintaining a monthly schedule for the same
* Data maintenance and updating logistics expenses account and assisting the management accountant in monitoring logistics costs
* Reviewing expenses accounts for the month and passing necessary accrual entries and maintaining accrual schedules
* Raising Local Purchase orders and completing Goods received notes for capital expenditure
* Updating capital expenditure cost by project and keeping track of payments
* Coordinating with Stores & Retail Finance on Insurance related matters in relation to declaration, claims, settlement and accounting
