The Role:

Reports to: Head of sales

Department/Division: Sales and marketing

Location: AFM head office

Band: H

JOB PURPOSE:
* Support the Retail Network in achieving the Retail and SME sales objective for 2013.
* Implement and drive adherence to Toyota Brand Standards.
* Achieve highest possible Customer Satisfaction scores. 
* Develop a performance culture throughout every site.
* Implementation of the Toyota Way sales process. 
* Develop and implement best practice and analyse the business to identify strengths/development areas. 
* Ensure first class retail presentation standards.

DESCRIPTION:
* Contribute to the achievement of the AFM sales objective through the achievement of Toyota retail and SME sales objectives
* Contribute to be the successful implementation of the SAP system within agreed timescales
* Conduct monthly audits of Toyota brand standards and implement action planning where standards are not met
* Achieve 100% adherence to Brand Standards by Q4 2013
* Improve CSV (customer satisfaction) levels to agreed objective by Q4 2013

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
* Monthly, quarterly, annual reporting
* Successful launch and implementation
* Submission of rigorous audits and robust action plans
* Quarterly Audits
* Quarterly CSV reporting

JOB CONTEXT:
* Focus towards the company vision for Customer and Employee engagement.
* Adhere & comply with company policy towards achievement of objectives and targets.
* Ensure the highest possible levels of customer service
