The Role: Reports to: Head of sales Department/Division: Sales and marketing Location: AFM head office Band: H JOB PURPOSE: * Support the Retail Network in achieving the Retail and SME sales objective for 2013. * Implement and drive adherence to Toyota Brand Standards. * Achieve highest possible Customer Satisfaction scores.  * Develop a performance culture throughout every site. * Implementation of the Toyota Way sales process.  * Develop and implement best practice and analyse the business to identify strengths/development areas.  * Ensure first class retail presentation standards.
