What are we looking for?
We are looking for committed, experienced professionals to join our Enterprise Sales team. You will generate new business as part of our commitment to increase market share amongst leading companies and generate repeat business as we solidify our status as an indispensable part of the corporate recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities: To keep Bayt #1!
- Give online demonstrations to clients in order to handle objections and create new opportunities.
- Determine customer's recruitment needs and prepare the corresponding proposals of the suitable recruitment solutions services.
- Following up on proposal statuses and closing pending deals.
- Conduct 50 calls and 2 physical meetings per day.
- Meet with new clients and expand our customer reach.
- Manage growth of new business by transitioning them to be loyal customers of Bayt.com
- Track monthly sales and accurately forecast sales for a rolling 90-day advance period.
