Responsible for conducting & managing quality control & assurance activities.
* Planning and supporting all project Quality Control activities:
Prepare Quality Control Plan
Manage, monitor & ensure the implementation of all planned quality control activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through project acceptance process
* Reporting and continuously monitor the quality of work performed.
Defects reports per project are submitted on a weekly basis.
Projects quality status is reported to assigned leader on weekly basis.
Communicate serious quality problems to designated leader or manager.
Feedback and review estimated quality efforts for proposals & projects.
Prepare proposals quality effort estimates.
Ensure that estimated quality efforts per project phases are achievable.
Ensure that estimated quality efforts per project phases comply with effort percentages mentioned with the quality process.
* Lead quality engineer on project basis
Train project quality team members
Guide and coach project quality members
Evaluate & Conduct projects performance appraisals
* Develop & improvement of the quality process :
Continuously measure the effectiveness of the quality process.
Manage potential changes to process.
Continuously improve & refine the quality process by introducing new areas of activities/procedures /technologies/ tools/..etc
Liaises with other technology related team leaders
