Tyco Qatar Fire & Security is currently looking for a Sales Engineer for Maintenance Service to join its Sales & Estimation Team. Based in Qatar, the ideal candidate will perform the following roles and responsibilities :

* Maintain contact with prospective clients for securing orders.
* Promote Fire & Gas System Maintenance services and develop Maintenance sales with Existing customers and potential customers.
* Attend site surveys, bid-clarification meetings and maintain reporting system.
* Review tender documents and understand or else seek clarifications to either the customer or the department manager.
* Seek quotations from the sub-vendor, sub-contractors etc.
* Preparing quotations/ techno commercial proposal.
* Preparing Tender submission documents.
* Submission commercial estimation to the management for approval.
* Order follow up with clients.
* Attend techno-commercial negotiation meetings along with the manager.
* Preparation of Cost Estimation worksheet & order booking.
* Prepare monthly sales reports to update SalesForce software
