The Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring that all our customers enjoy the Victoria's Secret retail experience. A natural leader, you will champion your team to provide high levels of customer service and to increase sales, maximising their potential through in-store training, motivation, coaching, development, performance management and appraisals. An experienced operator, you will be responsible for reducing stock loss and managing controllable costs. Exposure to volume retail is essential as is managing a large team, this role will be managing over 100 people ensuring Victoria's Secret remains at the pinnacle of intimate apparel retail.
